We do not directly control the processing times, security procedures, or policies of your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
6. Shipping
AREVONNE currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders with no minimum purchase requirement.
Estimated total delivery time is generally 5–10 business days from the date the order is confirmed.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, peak seasons, logistics processing, address issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to correct your shipping address or request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing or shipment has started.
8. Refunds and After-Sales Support
Our refunds, replacements, damaged-item claims, lost-package claims, and other after-sales matters are governed by our Refund & After-Sales Policy.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we do not generally accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference.
For eligible issues involving delivered merchandise, customers must normally contact us within 7 days of delivery.
