Where does AREVONNE ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase requirement.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Estimated total delivery is generally 5–10 business days from order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
How do I track my order?
When tracking is available, it is sent in your shipping confirmation email. Carrier tracking may take some time to update after the shipment is created.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to help before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has started.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will make reasonable efforts to help before fulfillment begins, but an address change cannot be guaranteed after processing starts.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete?
Contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date and include your order number plus clear photos or video when applicable. We will review the claim under our Refund & After-Sales Policy.
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
Unless required by applicable law, AREVONNE does not generally offer returns or refunds solely because you changed your mind, no longer want the item, prefer another color, or ordered the wrong size after receiving the item ordered.

What if tracking says delivered but I cannot find the package?
First check the delivery location, household members, neighbors where appropriate, building management, and any carrier delivery notice. If the package still cannot be located, contact us promptly so we can review the shipment information.
