Where We Ship
AREVONNE currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order. There is no minimum purchase requirement for standard shipping.
Processing & Estimated Delivery
Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated total delivery is generally 5–10 business days from the date your order is confirmed.
Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by carriers, severe weather, peak periods, logistics processing, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Carrier tracking can take some time to update after the shipment is created.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to help before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processing or has shipped.
Delivery Problems
If your package appears lost in transit, or an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us so we can review the issue. For issues involving delivered merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
